In flexible, team-based organisations, where roles mesh and change constantly, sharing information and communicating effectively are crucial activities. Teamshare helps you learn about your own and other team members' communication preferences and gives you practice in the skills of giving and receiving feedback with others on your team.
Teamshare consists of three activities:
• In Part 1 you will evaluate your own communication
• Part 2 provides you with an opportunity to evaluate one other team member's communication style, give feedback to that person, and receive feedback about how you communicate with that person
• In Part 3 you will examine communication patterns within the team as a whole.
