Web orders paid by credit/debit card, will process the Payzone portal. When the credit card transaction has been approved, Management Learning Resources will be notified of the order. We are PCI Compliant and do not retain any card details.
Web orders placed as an established MLR customer on account, must provide their current customer number when going through checkout.
Payment - E-MAIL/TELEPHONE ORDERS
Orders will only be accepted on the following terms:
A. By credit card (please do not email this information. We can send you a credit card payment link or you can telephone your details in on 01267 281661)
Please make sure we have your correct account details, including:
- name as shown on card
- card number
- statement address
- expiry date
- security digits x3
A VAT invoice will be sent with the goods.
B. Pre-payment by pro forma invoice.
On receipt of your order, a pro forma invoice will be issued. On receipt of cleared payment, goods will be dispatched.
C. Through an approved account
Account facilities may be available subject to approval after an initial order or subject to a purchase order.
▲ All overseas orders must be prepaid in £ sterling, including postage, packing and bank handling charges (bank handling charges and import duty and taxes are the responsibility of the customer). You may pay by card (to avoid bank handling charges) or Bank Transfer.

▲ Standard service – we normally dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), subject to the availability of the items. If urgent please check availability as we cannot guarantee items to always be in stock. We will usually use a next working day courier or Royal Mail First Class for mainland UK customers, offshore and remote areas will take longer.
▲ You may request orders to be sent guaranteed next-day delivery and timed delivery — an additional charge will be made for this service.
▲ For non-stock items, please allow an extra 14 days delivery in addition to the standard service. Please phone for availability.
▲ Terms for approved accounts are strictly 30 days net.
▲ We reserve the right to charge interest at 4% over base rate on overdue accounts.
▲ We regret that we are unable to supply goods where accounts remain overdue.
▲ Except where otherwise stated, we have a 'return by agreement' policy on our materials and can often supply sample copies for inspection on selected products. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition with no seals broken, and returned using a traceable method of postage. Refund on product price only - p+p not included.
