Help staff and teams improve communications
The CSI-Other inventory helps individuals understand how their communication style is perceived by others, which can be valuable for improving interpersonal relationships and teamwork. By identifying areas where communication may be misconstrued or ineffective, individuals can work on adapting their style for better understanding and collaboration.
The Communication Style Inventory consists of 24 sets of paired statements describing the four most commonly used communication styles:
• aggressive,
• avoiding,
• accommodating and
• collaborative.
Both the Self and Other Inventories feature a self-scoring device. CSI – Self also includes an interpretive reading and series of diagnostic questions to make scoring meaningful.
