▲ Prices and items are valid from 9th August 2010. They are, however, subject to change without notice.
▲ VAT at 17.5% is included in prices where stated. European Union customers should quote their VAT registration number and pay prices exclusive of VAT. European Union customers with no VAT registration number are liable to pay UK VAT at 17.5%.
▲ Terms are strictly 30 days net.
▲ We reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per month on overdue accounts.
▲ We regret that we are unable to supply goods where accounts remain overdue.
▲ Except where otherwise stated we have a ‘no return’ policy on our materials and are unable to supply sample copies for inspection or on approval. Payment - WEB ORDERS
Web orders where credit card information is provided are placed via the SecureTrading portal. When the credit card transaction has been verified by SecureTrading Management Learning Resources will be notified of the order.

Payment - E-MAIL/TELEPHONE/FAX ORDERS
Orders will only be accepted on the following terms:
A. By credit card
Please make sure we have your correct account details, including:
- name as shown on card
- card number
- statement address
- expiry date
- security digits x3
A VAT invoice will be sent with the goods.
B. Pre-payment by pro forma invoice.
On receipt of your order, a pro forma invoice will be issued. On receipt of cleared payment, goods will be dispatched.
C. On an open account.
To open an account, please contact us for an application form to confirm trade and bank references.

▲ Please Note: Credit given only on orders over £50. All orders under £50 must be prepaid by method A or B above.
▲ All overseas orders must be prepaid in £ sterling, including postage, packing and bank handling charges (bank handling charges are the responsibility of the customer). You may pay by cheque, credit card, or International Money Transfer (IMT). IMT payments should be made payable to:

Delivery
▲ Standard service – please allow up to 28 days for delivery – we will do our best to dispatch orders within 48 hours, subject to the availability of the items
▲ Urgent orders will incur an urgent-order surcharge of £10 + VAT or 10% of order value (whichever is the greater). Such orders will be sent either by courier or Special Delivery
▲ You may request orders to be sent courier service for guaranteed next-day delivery — an additional charge will be made for this service
▲ For previous catalogue items (non-stock), please allow an extra 14 days delivery in addition to the standard service. Please phone for availability.
