Phase 2: Advanced Coaching in the Real World

  • Using the PMC 180-degree assessment insights to tailor your coaching to each team member
  • Coaching in performance reviews and development plans
  • Handling resistance, defensiveness and “difficult” people
  • Coaching for behaviour change, not just agreement in the room

Phase 3: Embedding Coaching as Your Leadership Style

  • Building coaching habits into your weekly rhythm

  • Planning your next 12 months as an internal coach

Team Engagement Guarantee
