Many teams are made up of talented people.
Yet many still experience misunderstandings and frustration, withholding of information, and collaboration that never quite reaches its full potential.
Often, the challenge isn't capability.
It's that team members don't fully understand how each person naturally contributes, what energizes them, or where they need support.
The 6 Types of Working Genius® provides a simple, practical framework for making those differences visible and turning them into better day-to-day collaboration. Rather than focusing solely on personality, the model helps teams understand where people naturally bring energy to the work—and how those strengths can be combined more intentionally.
Through a highly interactive workshop, your team will develop a shared language for discussing how they work together, identify opportunities to improve collaboration, and leave with practical agreements they can begin applying immediately.
This workshop is designed for teams that want to work together more intentionally, whether they're navigating challenges or simply looking to build on an already strong foundation.
What makes this workshop different
The workshop isn't simply about gaining insights from the Working Genius assessment. It's about what the team does with those insights - using them to start conversations that continue long after the workshop, helping team members leverage one another's strengths, increase personal satisfaction, and achieve better results together.
What the workshop includes
- A 3-hour facilitated workshop, delivered online or in person.
- A personal Working Genius assessment and individual report for every participant.
- A team report for the manager, providing a visual overview of the team's collective strengths, frustrations, and potential blind spots.
- A preparation meeting with the manager to understand the team's dynamics, current challenges, and desired outcomes, enabling the workshop to be tailored to the team's specific needs.
- A closing debrief with the manager to identify priorities, define next steps, and discuss how to sustain the team's learning beyond the workshop.
