The Matrix and Complex Environment (MaCE) Leadership Diagnostic Report (LDR)

The MaCE LDR™ is a unique instrument that uses an 84 item questionnaire, completed ‘on-line’, to create a comprehensive leadership development report.
In the report Leaders are given a range of practical development solutions, each specifically designed to increase their matrix leadership effectiveness.
The diagnostic works by comparing someone’s actual Matrix Leadership ability against the 7 Capability Areas that are known to be critical when leading in a Matrix or Complex Environment.

On completion of the questionnaire, a personalised MaCE Leadership Diagnostic Report™ in a pdf format is sent via e-mail directly to the person who completed the questionnaire. Where multiple reports are needed, for example as part of leadership or management development programs, copies of individual reports can also be sent to a Facilitation professional or Programme co-ordinator.
Several organisations with complex operating structures are also using the MaCE LDR™ to conduct ‘Matrix specific’ training needs analysis. By administering the MaCE LDR™ questionnaire to a specific audience, the combined data from individual reports gives HR and Learning & Development professionals a summary of the relative strengths and development needs of the target group for each of the 7 Capability Areas, which results in the identification of cost effective, and Matrix specific learning solutions.
