There are two types of licensing to use the Situational Leadership Programmes

1. Company License
This allows the specific company to use the one or two day programme. You receive a Resource kit containing all the videos, manual and resources to present the programme. Participant materials are not included and are purchased separately. You also receive on-going support from Center for Leadership Studies and MLR. Updates on videos and other resources are free! Research material is free! Telephone support is free!
To license your company you pay a yearly fee of £1080.00.

2. Consultants License
This allows a consultant to use the programme in a variety of organisations in support of their practice and linking into other activities. You receive the Resource kit each time you present the programme, and following the programme you return the kit to MLR. The kit is updated when materials are produced and you will always get the latest version for use. You can benefit from the telephone support as well!

To license yourself for using the kit you pay a yearly fee of £1500.00
